It is the honest truth that usually there is not a million things that need to be done to improve your health. It seems daunting to look in the mirror and it seems like there is a million things to do to just get back to some sort of normal.
HEALTH TAKES TIME, and it does not take a million things either.
Health is best achieved by doing just a few things over time. Most diets do not work based on a simple principle that those diets are not meant to be life long.
When you want health sit down, be honest with yourself and find a 2 or 3 things that you can do to improve your and your families health.
Here is my list, feel free to be inspired, but it does not need to be the same, you choose your top three:
1. Be happy, laugh lots.
2. Do not drink liquids while I eat and eat my veggies first.
3. Get checked by my Upper Cervical Chiropractor once a month.
4. Moderate exercise, do something once a week.
Create your list and give it some stick-to-it-ness. Your life will improve.
